300 to roughly 1200 baud, by the way on HF, due the the 3khz bandwidth limitation of the single sideband modulation. It’s a good bit higher on VHF/UHF bands due to bandwidth, but at the significant cost of much lower propagation, unless of course you either bounce signals off the moon, or utilize the amateur satellites in service.
