Hey Clue! Just watched your most recent video (it was great as always ☺️). My husband used to get a ton of canker sores but he found not biting his nails helped!! Someone about introducing bacteria to your mouth. Obv have no idea if you do or not but if you do that might not be helping 😅 good luck!
