Maybe issue with UI, will fix it ASAP

I did notice that the toggle for the And/Or/Not would always default back to "And", even if it was set differently when the rule was created.

For Trigger groups - OR For Requirement - AND It's prototype after testing logic may change

This looks like a great start! I am loving the power and flexibility! I would recommend renaming "Download" to "Export". I love the concept of Trigger Groups and Requirement Groups that have a And/Or/Not operator on them, well done! However what is the relationship between the Groups (And/Or/Not)?
