🕑 Added 2024-08-27 17:23:51 +0000 UTCSometimes I use non trash (not too many ways to build lightweight arms) for Dragoncon. Every so often I like using "real" materials. The rest of the costume is trash (including a vest from computer chair pleather and I may die of headstroke) but... yeah!

I think as long as you're being creative with the stuff you use non trash is fine especially when it looks amazing. Don't sacrifice your vision just cuz people aren't disposing of the right stuff.

mayby some alu foil? becaus shiny metal arm? also if you get a heatstroke you don't stick to anything while you cook^^ but also, don't get a heatstroke.
