That’s the problem with the cutout in the ass - while it definitely LOOKS hot (along with a version of “access” though that too is weird and uncomfortable), the structure of underwear itself just doesn’t work well with that much missing fabric! So I recommend a jock. Or nothing; nothing definitely works, too (refer to your just showered and cleaned your room pic as an excellent and well-received example).

I’m gonna have to disagree on that one - those look to be cut to actually be worn low and across the hips and nowhere near as high as the waist. I think the size and how they’re being work is actually spot-on for that cut

I can certainly sympathize with the struggle of finding underwear in that style that are comfy. I normally get a size up and then you gotta make sure they are really pulled up to the waist, can't sag them.
