mhh its foam like for furniter... first i thougt it was the banana fingers of the wolverin (?) costume. Which also was used in cyclops. But the material was a little bit thiner. The one you show ist the fourth or fith in the row of your foam stuff and i thought the mentioned costumed where made from the first two pieces.
