No problem on the reboot. Your game has more choice and consequences than most triple A games. It was probably inevitable you were going to reach a critical mass at some point.

I think the hardest part was figuring out how to fix the game to do the reboot. I think I've done that. let's see how the next releases go, but after a bad time I'm now confident again
