I think the reason that she didn't fight back, because she was afraid Taguchi would be hurt by these people. Taguchi doesn't know anything about this. He just an innocent person who was dragged into a dangerous situation. Poor Taguchi.

Also from the color of the hair the guy touching her looks like the guy from CH39, and yes looks like Yuri is not fighting back.. but she usually does not do a good job at that anyway so I don´t know, blackmail also can be at play, I just hope its not another cycle of bad outcomes

This scenes tells a few stuff. 1. Yuri and MC / Tagushi got kidnapped 2. Bad guys is touching Yuri but she is not resisting? 3. Bad guy forcefully make MC / Tagushi look at Yuri while they are touching her. At this point, they are going to rape Yuri in front of MC / Tagushi. So this might be the turning point for Yuri, MC / Tagushi? Let's wait for this chapter to reveal the things going to happen.
