Here I leave some notes that may interest the community. I read that: Do not brush or floss at least two hours before or after oral. It claims that brushing and flossing will create tiny cuts in your mouth, which will allow pathogens like HIV to enter into your bloodstream. What do you think? Personally I always do it, otherwise I feel gross 😞
