Weirdly enough my takeaway from this video is what an incredible gift it is to be in our 30's. We finally recognize the patterns in our needs and work habits, and we accommodate them instead of trying to push past them. Congrats Ginny, you've built something amazing!

YEP... that's the worst feeling, especially when I have an outline and I KNOW what I'm supposed to be writing. It feels so stupid to be like "yes, I know exactly what to do, and I have decades of experience doing it, but also.... can't." 😩
