L.I.C.H. mp3
🕑 Added 2023-10-16 16:01:07 +0000 UTCTime to finally reveal my Halloween song! 👀 It's a lich-themed parody of "W.I.T.C.H." by Devon Cole, which is a song I have been VERY into lately. There are some VERY silly voice effects in this one, which will make a little more sense once paired with the music video (but will continue to be quite silly regardless of context.)
This is coming out on Wednesday (!!!) and probably won't be processed by streaming services by then, but it will eventually be available on Spotify and such! In the meantime, you can download the mp3 here.
Lyrics
Rumor on the street is that she’s evil and she’s clever
Her flesh is decomposing but they say she’ll live forever
I swear to god, I saw her snacking on some souls
She ain’t out to get you, but she’ll kill you for a scroll
She don’t wanna die, so she never will
She’s a lady immortally changing herself
You’re torn asunder if you’re under her spell
What a lady, immortally changing herself
Villainous, undead queen, she’s got tricks up her sleeve
Like fingers that can end your life
She says, “Must it be such a crime just to want some more time?
Like a century or… five?”
She don’t wanna die, so she never will
She’s a lady immortally changing herself
You’re torn asunder when you’re under her spell
What a lady, immortally changing herself
(La-la, la-la-la-la, lich)
She’s a lady immortally changing herself
(La-la, la-la-la-la, lich)
She's a lady immortally changing herself (Mmm, yeah)
Come in and play, it’s fun in her lair
She cannot die, but you can try if you dare
And if you run, you’re caught in her snare
Oh, she cannot die, but you can try if you dare
She don’t wanna die, so she never will
(She’s a lady immortally changing herself)
You’re torn asunder when you’re under her spell
What a lady, what a lady, lady, yeah
She don’t wanna die, so she never will (la la, la la la la la lich)
She’s a lady immortally changing herself (she's a lady, yeah yeah yeah)
You’re torn asunder when you’re under her spell (la la, la la la la lich)
What a lady, immortally changing herself (what a lady, yeah yeah)

i apologize that the refrain thats going through my skull, however, is "You sure can die, and she never will; she's a lady, immortally changing herself." I heard the music better than I did the words.
