the panels are read right to left. the little arrows at the top right corner of the first page show you where to start and in what direction to read. the pages themselves here on patreon are in the western order, so the left page comes first, then the right one. it will make more sense in the printed books which are bound like manga, and then the page order would also be the other way around..
