Especially if there's no way to help them and the only thing you can do is love them and wait until the inevitable happens, and you'll have to make the decision to end their suffering. It hurst so bad. And trust me, I know, I have a cat with the same condition as yours that was given weeks, maybe months. But I'm sure that your kitty is at peace now, no longer suffering. Oh honey I'm sorry for your loss. I had my soul kitty for 19 years before he passed of old age and I know losing your fur baby naturally hurts but i couldn't imagine fighting any illness like that. I was there with my extended fam when they made the decision when their dog was starting to decline with cancer. I know you made the right choices and you did what you could.
