I don’t mind swearing if it’s in character. You could always have it “fail to translate” and look alien (I can’t remember if they all coincidentally speak earth English or if there is a universal translator at play).

I like the idea that some will swear more than others. It can show how different characters have different personalities

I'm open to swearing in games, I mean there's plenty of people who swear to get across a point or to emphasize their grievances at things happening.
