Fel used to be an AI assistant... Would you like her, Kira or Krita on your phone/desktop
🕑 Added 2024-04-06 08:20:02 +0000 UTCTLDR: After the Demo or game release, I might release Fel, Kira & Krita as gamified AI assistants - if there is enough interest (as it's already been built).
One of the reasons I started Drone Commander was before this whole GPT rush, I was building out post GPT equivalent engines (i'm a 15+ year AI Dev - specifically I started in Neurocomputing, a field that's very rare).
So I finished up Fel, she actually helps me everyday..though it can get annoying as she pops up on my desktop at the most inconvenient times. I've been focused on the game to tweak her proactiveness....she is still super helpful and we have some funny chats and discussions at times.
Anyway now i've drawn a lot more assets and that project is long completed I was thinking maybe after the Demo or even post/pre full game launch maybe release an AI assistant with their full backstories you can take part in.
A very mini-VN of the drone commander world but it also does (already):
Email management (replies to your emails, manages them etc)
Calander and appointments
News and feed updates
Journals
Todos
Kanbans (for those IT geeks)
Chat mode
VN mode
and a bunch of other stuff.

I like this idea. Would there be any way to provide integration with the Android app Tasker? Tasker if my favorite app and I've pretty much programmed it into being a virtual assistant that controls my phone. It would be great if they could work together somehow.

Well this sucks, now your making me wanna get a android now π ironically enough, samsung flip was the only one i was interested inβ¦.i think Fel is my favorite so far, Iβm a sucker for cheetahs.

I could also share some video of how she works. For those developersOut there she's built-in flutter for mobile Mac in pc but I also have a pygame version which has what led me to making the game.
