I was thinking of having 'The daily Snep' papers on your home screen, you can click and find out about Snep's daily grind as the fleet's security officer.
Read about her complaints, hopes and desires - as a little fun spin on the daily news.
So on your home page (still in concept wip), you'll have access to the news widget which you can get the latest news in the fleet from a first person perspective.
What i think will be cool and funny, is you'll read like third person how others react to your activities and how the news of your successes and defeats are perceived by Sekarri.

Maybe have an extra section added, have the most clueless person in the fleet to give out love advice, possible relationship status on the serious side. It’d be like bad advice for clueless people on the comical part of the articles.
