Why is her uniform similar to my dictator OC's uniform, only really that my oc is in a more original uniform like classic German SS officer kinda... Fel's has no real pants, long top covering her panties if she has them on, and ofc the thigh highs, my oc (my oc is named Erika) is also pure evil, so they can be partners XD, but yea Erika is 5'6 if I remember so heavy hight difference, but snuggle size for fel XD
