Ever feel like this after the "Hello" part? Like, "I don't remember any of these people".
Cigarettes help some people with stress, which sounds strange-- don't they elevate heart rate and make you jittery with the nicotine? Yes, technically... but a cigarette break also means an excuse to duck out of a social situation and get a moment away, which I think is the real stress-reliever that outweighs the chemical properties.
I mean, it's where they're kept, right?
