RE: Ads on My Most Recent Video
🕑 Added 2015-09-24 05:58:45 +0000 UTC Hey y'all! I just wanted to address a quick issue, since my Patreon platform is largely based on my removal of commercials from my channel. Not having commercials on my videos is VERY important to me. Someone has just filed an erroneous copyright claim on my most recent video, meaning some scammer can play ads on that video and profit off of it. It's a horrible scam, and I'm not the first YouTuber this has happened to. I'm working on getting the dispute resolved, but I'm not sure how long that will take. In the meantime, please know that if you encounter any ads on that video it's completely out of my hands and I'm very sorry.Love,

I'm really sorry to hear that JB. I know other ASMR artists have been through the same thing, and it can cause anything from annoyance to upset. I hope it will not discourage you. Apart from whatever measures you have taken to sort it out, if there is anything else that can be done please ask.

That is extremely annoying, I feel for you. That's one thing when they steal your content, but when they make money off it, it's quite another story.
