Taking a Break, I'm Sorry

I want to keep you all informed and I like to be pretty open about myself and my personal struggles, but I also always feel the desire to downplay things because I don't want anyone to worry. But the bottom line is that I'm overwhelmed and struggling. For the sake of my health, I'm going to take a short break.I'm not sure exactly what that's going to look like, but I wouldn't expect to see a new video from me for another three weeks or so.
I'm behind on perks (as usual, sorry) so this break will put me farther behind than before. However I *do* keep track of them and I *do* plan to catch up on them. If anyone, for ANY reason, wishes to "pause" their account, withdraw their pledge, or get a refund, then please let me know. I won't be hurt or judge you, I promise.
Thank you all so much for the kindness, patience, and generosity of spirit you've always shown me. You've become such a huge part of my life and who I am. My wish for you all over the next few weeks (and always) is that you be gentle with yourself and give yourself a break when you feel you need it. Don't push yourself until you fall apart and you have no choice but to slow down. Life's a marathon, not a sprint. Pace yourselves. <3

The most important thing is you taking time for YOU! You put out amazing, quality content that helps so many of us. Take as much time as you need, your well being comes first. Honor yourself and do whatever you need to do. We can just keep re-watching all the great videos you have provided while we wish you the best!
