Hero Corruption 2 v0.60 Released !
🕑 Added 2023-10-05 12:11:18 +0000 UTCImportant announcement:
To accommodate some changes, the highscore variables had to be reset. This only applies to highscore. Fame, achievements and perks will not be affected for now.
The game does this automatically, just press "Okay" on the warning message that will appear the first time you start the game.
That said, version 0.65 (next one) will require a full restart: Achievements, Fame, Highscore, Perks, everything will be cleared. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Anyway, let's get to the changes made in v0.60:
THE TOWER
- Visiting the tavern after having at least 800 fame will unlock access to the tower, the endgame of Hero Corruption 2.
- There are several ways to customize the tower and more will be added in the future, you can make the challenge easier or harder. The amount of fame received will be proportional to the difficulty.
- Once the tower challenge has been accepted, there's no going back, your hero will keep going forward until defeated. Make sure to bring a few extra potions and another set of clothes with you.
- Some girls aren't able to break the hero's will on their own, but they can kick you out of her floor. Get kicked twice and your hero will get lost in the tower forever.
- New achievements have been added for those who prove themselves worth it.
There are also rumors that if a hero gets lost in the Tower after a certain point, they may find a somewhat peaceful ending.
IMPROVED HIGHSCORES
- Heroes can now be recognized by their fame and/or by how far they managed to get in the tower
- In addition to saving your hero's name and score, you can also keep track of who you were defeated by and the IRL date.
NEW ENEMIES
- Dakota (Shemale)(Jungle)
Do you also provide... Special services? No? Huh, Dakota must be confusing you with someone else
- Cassandra (Boss)(Plains)
Cassandra is a real fighter, but someone else may be pulling the strings
- Gabrielle (Boss)(Bonus)
When was the last time you ate an apple?

I don’t know if this is intended behavior or not but it seems that serenity’s shawl triggers enemies do x if attacked behavior this is especially noticeable when in Gabrielle’s fight I am put down for “resisting” when I’m trying to sit still

Gabrielle will appear when the hero is defeated by Cassandra, the new boss of Plains. There is also a 20% chance to trigger her encounter when the hero is defeated by HP, but this will only happen if she has not been defeated in that run.
