/Modular/ Tundra - Open v1 and v2 (online)

I bring you the first two maps of the new modular map line, the Tundra biome. I think this will be a pretty useful theme, since there aren't many maps available from this biome. I'm working on a river for it, and on a connector to our Winterwild theme, it's a no-brainer to have this two biomes connected.
I released the Tier 5 versions for everyone as a showcase of what type of alternate versions I'm planning to bring for the maps. I really like how the rain version turned out, but it was pretty hard to make it to be modular.
I'm still working on the Modular Castle theme too, the promised rooms are coming!

I see! Actually, I'm working on the rivers, and I scattered some vibrant flowers there. Maybe I should've used them on these too. Thank you for the feedback!

It's not so much about the darkness level, a tundra (at least from my experience) has quite strong and vibrant colours, bright reds, yellows, whites and greens that almost paint little islands and "sharp" patterns across a brownish landscape. My group is heading up to Tundra territory soon, and I'm definitely going to use this (and future tundra tiles) as a base layer but I'll probably scatter some colourful heather and plants on them in dungeondraft. Huge fan of the modular map series btw, makes it so easy to make great looking big maps and dungeons quickly

I guess it depends on the darkness of the monitor. I used a color scheme picked from real-life tundra photos for these.

I'm excited to see modular tundra maps, but I wish there were more and brighter colours, as this to me looks more like swamp than tundra.
