As far as I am concerned, the effect was pain! With Isabella I was more wondering about how we could see the slow side effect over time (as said in her character card)

Well, it was unclear as Isabella took it from the drink, which may contain a multiple of either, or both and you know the effect of taking too many perm pills at the same time in giantess family ;)

From the last comment. It is all about perception. It is hard to notice change from over time. Also I thought what was in Desire for More was temporary, a perm pill
