This one starts out FAST (on purpose!) but begins to slow down about a third of the way through. It features a smörgåsbord of techniques that I've adapted from all my favorite anxiety relief videos on YouTube. There are elements of ASMR, hypnosis, and guided meditation. The goal of this experimental technique is to interrupt your panicked thoughts by engaging your mind with a steady stream of questions and sensory information, and to then gradually guide you into a relaxed state.
