Metal Holi!
🕑 Added 2018-03-04 19:10:12 +0000 UTC Hey!!! Here's the new video we've been trying (and failing) to hype :D"Rang De Basanti"'s literal translation is "paint me with the colours of spring". It is a festive/patriotic song honouring the unrelenting passion of India's freedom fighters. Though they may bow their heads in disappointment at the current state of affairs of the country they gave their lives for, here's hoping that sanity prevails and the commoner finally sees through the thick yet brittle veil of religion-based politics.
This song is a cover of the title track of "Rang De Basanti", one of the rare gems Bollywood produces from time to time. If you haven't seen it, or are unfamiliar with the better side of Bollywood, it's a great movie to start with! Wiki for plot: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rang_De_Basanti
Hope you enjoy the song and had a safe Holi! Tons of love <3
