A literal underground demon city would be cool. Could you use magic to easily clear out and structurally support a massive secret cavern deep under all city infrastructure? Though maybe it'd be better to just hide it with illusions instead? Wade could recruit demons to come to Earth, and buying passage involves signing Zinny's fair society contract.
