Haven't tried Gumroad yet, but Fantia doesn't seem to be friendly to ip addresses outside of Japan...

Unfortunately Patreon is not a very good place to dwell either. Lots of BDSM artists have been forced out. Maybe Gumroad or Fantia may be working options?
