Sauna in Spain ๐ช๐ธ
🕑 Added 2025-11-06 17:49:53 +0000 UTCEven in Spain, I go to the Sauna ๐ช๐ธ Yes, itโs warm but so is Finland in summer, and we still go to the sauna there ๐ฅต
Why? Because nothing compares to that contrast!!! Stepping from the heat into cold water ๐ฅ
That shift between hot and cold, tension and releaseโฆ itโs when the body feels most alive, and completely at ease ๐
Honestly, Iโd probably go to the sauna even in the Sahara ๐

Great picture. Very relaxing. I have one problem with going to Sauna when it is hot outside. It is very difficult to have a good cooldown. Even the cold baths are pretty warm.

How did you get this photo without worrying the camera would fall on your face?
