I don't think the experiment care about developing healthy individuals. It's just an experiment for them and they just want slaves.

Suppressing the desire for social experiences and sexual fulfillment leads to some weird and dangerous things in humans. Do they really want killing machines that don't have emotional maturity? Because that's how you get killing machines that don't have emotional maturity.
