Infiltrators most of the time don't fight their opponents unless they go in assassin mode, lucky for her I guess.
and well, Ivory does has certain health-regeneration, but not at the levels Alpha has, she takes a little longer to heal and don't have pain-blockage mechanisms like Alpha does.

Poor thing, getting shot in the stomach with anything is supposed to be insanely painful. Hopefully the medics have some catnip on them
