She sounds like a true cutie. it's sad she had to leave so early this life. I've read and see videos about ferrets having fragile health, seems to be a gamble, they're happy and then they can get sick of some genetic disease. but it sounds your ferret was happy with you, a happy life for as long it last... I think that's as much as we can hope to give to our pets

Her name was, being serious here, Sock. She was albino and loved to hang out in the drawers of the dresser her cage was on so it just clicked. She was super energetic until passing out on anything remotely soft where she was playing. She was so bouncy sometimes that she would do the weasel war dance thing at inanimate objects. Raccoons had nothing on her as a thief, and I don't even know where she'd find half of her stash. I really miss her, she was only 5 or 6.
