He doesn't want an army, all CWally wants is human suprrmacy and going beyond their chaotic nature. But he's been working on ways now to submit free will in the back. But he did let Alpha alone for years, and he's spared Laura life twice already.

Besides the fact that he's an evil bastard, I don't see why he treats them so poorly. They both have done really well in their roles. If he were actually smart he'd have them in luxury suites, together to make him an army.

That's part of the reason she's holding up in close combat.. they can't really afford to shoot her without make sure. But the FOE are more than capable, Maybe they're just having fun too (they're a little overconfident as mentioned in Derideal part 1(
