I'm so happy to have you all here in our safe space, especially during this wild time. I hope your remembering to be gentle with yourself and those around you. We are all dealing with the same thing, but coping/expressing feelings in many different ways.
How are you? How are you feeling/coping recently? Do you have a good support system with you or checking up on you? Please, never forget this space is always here for you and whatever you are feeling. Those feelings are so valid, even if they differ from those around you.
I'm sure many of us are feeling a lot of different things surrounding the holiday tomorrow....Loss, sadness, loneliness, lack of tradition, etc. And if your like me, feeling just sadness regarding the state or our world. I wish I could give you all big big hugs💕 I think I need to come to a place where I find peace in the fact that this is not in my control. If that makes sense? I mean, I am in control of doing my part (like staying home, washing hands, physical distancing, etc). What I am in control of is Me, myself, and I. So I choose to be gentle with my body/mind, find coping skills, feel what I need to and not push it down. And really reach into our safe spaces!
Tomorrow is my brothers 15th birthday, so I will be celebrating him while staying at home doing our part! (Im gonna force him to play so much candy land!! Thats what every 15yr old wants to do on their birthday right???😉)
Ive found so much peace in starting my day with giving thanks for at least 3 things im grateful for, so Id like to do that with you all tonight before I go to bed. (ok, who am I kidding...bedtime is now around 4am, so I'll do a "mid day" list with y'all now lol! 1.I'm grateful for all of you and this safe space(and our safe space on Youtube) 2.Im grateful for all my loved ones/sweet puppy, Catalina. 3.Im grateful to be in this moment. 4.Im grateful for all of the people that are on the frontlines right now. Who continue to show up and out for all of us.
I will continue this month to put trigger warnings out if a video mentions the virus just so no ones anxiety is triggered. Again like last month, not every video will mention the topic either. I dont mean to trigger anyone with this post if that's what ive brought up for you....I just know not everyone has someone to talk their feelings out with and I never want someone to feel isolated in their thoughts/feelings... especially on a holiday like tomorrow.
I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.💜
I love you all so much and continue to send love, light, and a bubble of protection over you, loved ones, animals, etc. Dont forget that this space is always here for you! You always have community here.

You’re awesome! Thank you for reminding us that we are alone together. It’s been difficult for everyone I’m sure. It’s been stressful for me especially because I care for 2 elderly women in their 90’s so trying to make sure family members abide by safety precautions and dealing with some of their difficult family members has been extra taxing and emotionally draining. Another source of stress is that I live in SoCal and my immediate family is in Texas so when my Dad had to go to the ER on Monday it was scary. He had polio as a child and even though he’s not overweight he has diabetes (I know a lot of ppl think you have to be obese to get diabetes) and had to be put on dialysis recently and has trouble with edema and circulation so he had an infection in his right toes and some had to be amputated on Wed. I hate that he has to be alone because of the stupid virus and the social distancing. My Mom can’t see him and he will be going to a rehab facility to help him heal and with physical therapy. It’s worrisome that he has to be in places that are more susceptible to getting COVID-19 breakouts especially because he’s high risk. If anyone wants to send prayers or positive vibes his way his name is George. Thanks for letting me vent. I truly hope each of you and everyone you know and love are safe and remain safe. 💕
