Loved this up close video idea y'all had for this month! This video a "trigger phrases" (oh so sleepy, its time to go to sleep, etc.) Along with some reassurance that "you are okay" and "you are safe here". I have found myself really searching for safety reassuring ASMR videos lately, so I hope this gives you even a moment of peace.
How are you doing? Whats been going on in your world this month? I'm so happy you are here with me in our safe space! I'm definitely still making that "responding to comments" video for this month and last. It will just be up later than the guaranteed 5. I'm doing it like this because I want comments to build, and give everyone a chance for about a week before I make the video responding/connecting back.

I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. This month has been all over the place for me. Ive been feeling a little bit of everything. My illnesses are going into a big flare, so that's been rough. I found out my sweet puppy, Catalina has kidney failure....I haven't been able to even find a starting place to cope.(my heart feels like its been crushed into a million pieces) I finally found a therapist for some extra outside support , so I hope that will be a good outlet/safe space for me. And hopefully she can help direct me to a starting point to work through the things Im struggling with. I have had more technology trouble this month than I ever have. And my anxiety has been so so high. Most of it comes from my P.O.T.S, but the other part is just of the unknown......which I'm sure so many of us are feeling right now. So I'm continuing to stay off my media for the most part, focus on work(which has been my saving grace during this time.), do some coloring, organizing, binging some shows. And of course using my most basic coping tools. What are you doing to bring your anxiety down?
I love you all so much and continue to send love, light, and a bubble of protection over you, loved ones, animals, etc. Dont forget that this space is always here for you! You always have community here.

maddie, i’m so sorry to hear about your dog. I lost my dog Honey due to lymphoma after having her for ten years and raising her from a puppy. it’s been difficult, especially with stay at home orders happening so soon after because i was so used to having her at home. my family and i adopted a new puppy and she has been my saving grace during this time at home feeling so isolated and stuck.

So sorry to here about Catalina best of wishes for her I have found that coloring and doing like dimond dot activity which is kinda like a paint by number but more fun cam really occupy the time and has helped my again best of wishes ❤❤
