Hey loves! If you are JUST wanting to see my nighttime routine then skip to 22:15-32:12. But if you are interested in seeing a "productive" day from morning -night, definitely start from 0:00!
I hope you all enjoy this months vlog. It was so requested to see my night routine so I hope you love it. Everyday is different for me and my body, so I really took advantage of what I could do while my body decided to behave lol! I say "productive" because I dont think there's just one way to have a productive day. I think its important to remember, my productive is going to be different from yours. And even if I drank 3 glasses of water today to help my body that's productive! Being productive doesn't have to be you doing the absolute most! I say this because I find myself upset over "not being productive" when I see/hear others versions of productivity. But we are all doing the best we can, and whatever your productive looks like, its okay and im so proud of you, boo!!
How are you? How are you coping in the past week that's been filled with horrific events? How are your loved ones? I love you all and stand with you, always. Im choosing to educate myself, and really listen to the cries, so I can truly be the ally I always thought I was, but turns out works only just begun.π I LOVE you, I SEE you, I HEAR you. I STAND with you all.
I of course will still be making a video responding back to comments soon, so no worries on that video.(I seriously cant wait to make it!) My hand at this point are just done working, so im gonna grab my heating pad, close my eyes and try to sleep. πI hope you are feeling safe here in our safe space. I hope you know how proud I am of you, how much I value you as an amazing, beautiful being. And Im so happy you are here with meπ
I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.π
I hope you are continuing to be gentle with yourself, and those around you. remember that your feelings are always valid-even if the differ from those around you! I hope you are doing some bits of self-care....no matter how big/little.
