I hope that you all are doing well. This months trigger video will be a "follow the light"/ relaxing eye exam. If you enjoy light triggers and up close personal attention, then I hope you find this video very tingly!
How are you doing this month? How is your mind/body feeling lately? I cant wait to hear all about it!!π BTW-the "responding to comments" video will be up before the 30th of course!! Cant wait to connect with you all. Tonight post description box might feel less connecting and I'm so so sorry.....my eyes and head are in so much pain and im truly struggling to type this out. I love more than anything to type these every month....its almost like a quick therapy session to all of you (my friends)π
Im sitting here with tears in my eyes.....kinda due to pain LOL, but 99.9% due to my overwhelming love for this safe space and all of you in it. I filmed the "responding to your comments" video the other day, and I cant tell you how amazing it felt....It felt like I got a quick chance to hang out with each of my friends for just a moment. As Our other safe space has reached 500k friends/family members-I sit overwhelmed with love and community that I've always craved/desired. And I mean it from the bottom of may heart when I say "im so happy you are here and you are so so loved, always." Thank you for being such amazing, beautiful, strong, brave, and just beyond kind human beings. Im so proud of this safe space and every single one of you, babes!!! I love you all, and we will connect more in depth soon. I might make a quick 5min video within the next few days saying everything I want to say-since my hands, head, and eyes are struggling. I love love you all. Please, never forget that you fit in right here, always. πSending you all so much love and light

I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.π
I hope you are continuing to be gentle with yourself, and those around you. remember that your feelings are always valid-even if the differ from those around you! I hope you are doing some bits of self-care....no matter how big/little.

Hey! New to the community, Im also a member of silver hares asmr community, check out some of his flashlight techniques. But be careful I don't want to make you pass out. He also does guided breathing asmr. Really relaxing.
