How has your month been? Are you and your loves ones staying safe/well? How is your mind and body feeling?
I've really been taking the time to be gentle with myself this month. Not making myself sick to film, or edit, and really listening to what my body/mind need. Ive been doing a little more coloring and nail painting to ground myself at night vs scrolling social media. Which can helps reduce my anxiety. I just finished "down to earth with Zac Efron" And it was such an amazing watch! With a woman in the episode before last who talks about having one of the same illnesses that I do (P.O.T.S). It was just an interesting watch that seemed to bring me lots of comfort....UNLIKEEE this episode of "The Twilight Zone" I just watched LOL! Send help๐๐If you or your loved ones are being effected by the fires in, California-I'm sending you so much love, light, prayers, and a huge huge bubble of light your way. The fires are above and below me at the moment, praying for containment and no more lightening!
I will be working on finding those Disney videos for you all(hoping I didn't delete them. but there will at least be 3 up from what I can see right now)

My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.๐ My anxiety has been so so high this month with many different worries....You aren't alone, love.
I hope you are continuing to be gentle with yourself, and those around you. remember that your feelings are always valid-even if the differ from those around you! I hope you are doing some bits of self-care....no matter how big/little.

I know you're always asking for new video suggestions so I'm just gonna throw this out there .. I'm OBSESSED with this video! Lol I personally would love love love if you made more videos like this. The quiet, slow, relaxing whisper in this one with the soft mouth sounds gives me crazy tingles everytime I watch it and I've been watching every night when I get into bed for the last couple weeks now. No joke. Everything about this video is on point, the dim lighting, everything, but this kind of whispering is the BEST. ๐
