Hey loves! First off, how are you my sweet friends? If you feel safe enough to share, what's been going on with you this month? How are you feeling mentally and physically?
I want to thank all of you for the beyond sweet words this past month. I am doing okay, struggling but doing the best I can. To be completely honest, I'm really struggling mentally and physically. I made a separate video that will be a pure life update. Only because Its a lot of things that might feel too serious or heavy for some of you, and I never want to trigger anyone or stress you out. But for those of you that have been concerned and want to know what's been going on/how I am, it will be up when it finishes downloading.
Whatever you are going through, babe- you aren't alone. I'm right there with you, even if our struggles look different.❤️ I see you and I hear you, always.
hope you know how proud I am of you! For doing your absolute best this month and everyday. Even if that looks different from what your neighbors best this month was💖

My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of peace to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.💜 My anxiety has been so so high this month with many different worries....You aren't alone, love.
I hope you are continuing to be gentle with yourself, and those around you. remember that your feelings are always valid-even if the differ from those around you! I hope you are doing some bits of self-care....no matter how big/little.

Loved this and some of these shows took me back. Btw...I watched Psych because of you several years ago and it is now at the top of my all time favorites. It is a comfort show for me too when I'm struggling right up there with Law and Order SVU and Friends.
