Thank you all for allowing me to have a safe space too, and feel so safe to be this vulnerable....which I often struggle with. This was kind of a good "exercise" for me considering ive been isolating and been crippled by anxiety so badly that its kept me from 90% of communication with most people in my life. And ive shared how easily I disassociate, which is something im really trying not to do.....along with how tough it is for me to open up and communicate what's going on with me. So thank you, my sweet friend for being a safe ear for me and my recent struggles.
How are you? How are you feeling mentally and physically? Its okay to be completely honest(if you feel safe enough) there's no "correct" answer. We are all doing our very best in a world that feels so unfamiliar right now. Theres no exact way to " exist" right now, for lack of a better word. I hope you are being gentle with yourself and surrounding community during this time. Im SO SO proud of you. I see you and I hear you, babe. We are all struggling right now in some way...even if mine looks different from yours. We are in this together. You aren't alone! And im so proud of you, even if all you were able to do today was get a sip of water, go to the bathroom, and back to bed. You are so so loved!!

Bestie, I know this was posted a long time ago, but boy have you been going thru it. I only just recently joined Patreon. But, even now, watching your more recent videos. I appreciate your honesty, openness and vulnerability. I can't imagine how exhausting and debilitating all these chronic issues are especially dealing with them at such a young age and for so long already. Praying for healing for you! I wonder if you can consume a single digestive live enzyme and alternate it with Acidophilus enzyme for Leaky Gut... I bloat constantly and this helps a lot. Also with my nerve paths. I am SO glad you're HERE and ALIVE, Survivor of so much... Oooh, I have had motion sickness since childhood & used to wear those wrist bands with pressure point beads... and couldn't travel in back seats and especially back seats of cars w/ beige interior... Ginger will assist to subside your nausea and digestion... AND to also use Eucalyptus oil on yourself when nauseated! <3 <3 <3 I think you are an ULTRA catch btw. Total marriage material. Anyone would be lucky to have such an articulate and Emotionally Intelligent GIRL & stand by her 4 life. Promise.
