I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, while being gentle with yourselves. I know the holidays can bring up some difficult feelings to sort through.❤️💚
This tingly guided meditation was very requested, so I hope you all enjoy. It literally almost put me to sleep while filming LOL! Pay attention to my eyes and face towards the end...It took everything I had to stop awake ahaha! It wasn't that I was giving myself tingles or anything, its the trans that the guiding put me in.
