Hey loves! This is pt.1 of the 1st up close video for this month. It is a tingly whisper ramble that may make you feel not so alone in your thoughts, feeling, etc. on the subject. I know not all of us have family or friends to connect with during this time and I never want anyone in our safe space to feel isolated, so I made this a separate video from pt.2 to not trigger others who can't handle the subject due to anxiety. (I know I cant handle much talk about it, so if that's you don't feel ashamed!!) Please remember to be gentle with yourself and those around you. There is no exact way to "exist" right now, we are all doing the best we can. Whatever feelings you've been experiencing are so valid...even if they differ feelings of those around you. I'm so proud of you!!
I continue to thank each and every one of you that are working during this time, no matter what you do! you are ALL so important, always!! My heart breaks and goes out to those that cant work during this time. I know we all are so drained during this very unknown time......I just hope to bring a moment of piece to your month. I'm so so blessed to have you here and with me during this unknown time.

Iβm going to say something that may or may not be accepted well but this anxiety that everyone is feeling now is how is who live with anxiety disorders feel on a daily basis and a lot of times we are just told to get over it or learn to cope with it. Those feelings of anxiety you have that feel like the world is ending we feel on a daily basis. So, I will be honest my anxiety has not been worse since Covid-19 popped up. I guess because Iβm used to dealing with the everyday anxiety. Iβm being smart and social distancing but not being paranoid.
