I hope you enjoy this relaxing life update/ramble. this video is filled with very vulnerable/real conversations about mental, physical health, and just life things! We are all struggling in someway, and you are never alone here in your struggles-even if they look different from mine. I think we have to have open conversations on these topics to break societal standards surrounding health/life and how its looked so down upon to be honest about our daily struggles. vulnerability is NOT a weakness. Its empowering and can help so many feel not so alone. (So sorry for the brain fog here, sweet friends. trying my best to communicate, but its not coming through the way I'd like. ugh, so frustrating! Thank you all for constantly being so gentle and loving with me when Im in a tough flare. I love you all and hope you find comfort in knowing you aren't alone here! How are you REALLY, SWEET FRIENDS? Whats going on in ur world? good and bad-if you feel safe enough to share💖 I hope you are remembering to be gentle with your mind and body.

Omg Maddie…I suffer with chronic pain due to constant injuries from my hyper mobility that I never seem to be able to catch up on…one joint starts recovering and 2 more take its place. I’ve wanted to start my own ASMR channel for months, practicing triggers, listing out all of my video ideas, buying equipment…but I’ve been scared to do it because I’d have to do it from my bed. The fact that you can be in so much pain yet still put out such amazing content has really given me the courage to finally do it! I recorded my first video this morning and I’m editing it now. This may sound strange but listening to you be so candid and open about your struggles brings me so much comfort and validation when most social media shows other people’s highlight reels and seemingly perfect lives. Even tho I understand that they are only showing their highlights, it does make me feel like I’m alone struggling with mental and physical illness. I joined this safe space because it brings me so much comfort. Thank you for everything you do Maddie ❤️ I also loved the laying down with a friend and chatting format here!
