maddie! i have had terrible allergies recently too, & i don’t like antihistamines bc they dry out the mucus instead of flushing it out. i had TERRIBLE congestion to the point i couldn’t breath out of one nostril completely. so i tried nettle leaf tea!!! literally saved me! it doesn’t taste too bad, kinda like herbs. maybe try it w honey? i drank 2-3 cups a day. & i noticed it kinda flushes out of the nose very gently.
