This video will be a very brain fogged take my makeup off with me/ramble on some products I'm loving/hating....mixed with some moments of vulnerability. reminder that beauty is so much more than what we physically look like! Looking "camera ready" 24/7 is NOT real life/realistic by any means. I rock some chronic illness exhaustion that's seen in my eyes, dehydrated skin/lips, poor circulation, hair loss, etc. And that is real life! I don't look instagram ready or internet ready all the time. This is what I look like most of the time! I hope you can be gentle with yourself, let go of those wild expectations you might have on yourself/what you see on the internet and wish you looked like. in those moments you have to take a step back and realize that's a false reality, its not realistic to look like that all the time! Anyhoozaaaa Hope you are understanding what my brain fogged self is trying to communicate. I love you so much my beautiful, sweet friends!! xoxo
