You are so loved and wanted! Im so sorry if you have ever felt alone in such heavy moments. Our struggles might look different, but trust you are not alone. We ALL struggle at some point in time. There is nothing weak about needing support and tools to navigate this life. I know it can be scary to reach out and take that first step....finding a trusted loved one, therapist, counselor, doctor, friend, etc. to reach out to and open up about needing support, can be life changing! It's so BRAVE to be honest and receive the support you need. Its okay to not be okay.
Thank you all for the endless support you send my way. Especially through my mental health recovery process.
My weeks for the past 9months have been filled with 10-11 hours of therapy a week. I spend my days focusing on healing my physical and mental health. It's saved/changed my life to join an Intensive out patient program for mental health recovery. I still have all the same life circumstances that I deeply struggle with, but I've learned how to truly navigate through the hard/challenging moments. And that's what we all could use guidance on, right? It gets better my sweet friends. I know sometimes it doesn't feel like it, I truly know. Sometimes we need that structured support and tools to find our way out of the darkness.

I love watching you make food while your soothing voice is playing in the background. I am in therapy for a variety of reasons and I suffer from several autoimmune issues. I have to remember to tell myself, just breathe and be kind to yourself. Thank you for your ASMR platform Maddie.
