Sisters are having a discussion about the sex of inmate, over which they will take custody. They already have one male inmate in medium sec block and one female inmate in low-security. Guess, they will agree to take female in med-sec. This inmate #12846 has just arrived to CDF and waiting to start her initial training course. Of course, Sisters are willing to observe the process of transformation. Their other interest for this particular Inmate is inheritance that she would receive in next fee years. #12846 got 12-years sentence, so Sisters are sure that waiting time is absolutely worth it.
When Inmate will get information about her huge inheritance, she will be already binded by agreements with her custodians and CDF. All her new assets will automatically go under control of her Custodians. But she must be pleased that her funds will be efficiently used for her security and correction. Her obligatory donations for CDF will allow to hire additional officers that will maintain highest standarts of conduct in that particular cellblock. Unfortunatelly, Sisters will not approve to use her funds to make compensation to CDF for damaged and worn-out uniforms, so these expenses will be signed to her CDF account and inmate will have to earn these money by herself.

I guess, sisters got inside information from the judical company leading that case. Large wealth inheritance cases always take years to settle.
