I think part of the job description is that an officer candidate loves cleanliness, rules, and the CDF guard uniform style worn in a feminine way. And in particular particular against male inmates a will to dominate and correct

Thisis absolutely true and probably reason for my insisting questions 😉 It's quite clear that inmate has to show respect to all non-inmates including visitors, external workforce and so on whenever these can be seen by inmates, but in particular I would love if the type, rank signs and colour of uniform would cause different feelings with inmates like fear in terms of punishment officers, discomfort with respect to training officers, cautiousness seeing guards...

I also think that there may be aome options in uniforms for the guards who just work in CDF and those who directly enter the cellblock and may be seen by inmates.

I guess no, it is just most common civil color no to attract much attention. After entering CDF, the guard will change to her normal tight leather uniform with perfectly vlean and polished boots.

Agree. Right coat is made of heavy gabardine cotton, so the Lady will feel hersef comfortable outside CDF on her way home.

From attitude pov more the right one. She's more upright compared to the left one, who looks a bit shy. Are coat materials the same? I love the shiny surface on left side
