These are great, NMW55! I do think #1 is the better of the two, though. As Raoul pointed out, the buttoned shirts are a must, and I like the numbers on the caps. I also think the shape/form of the caps are better in # 1. I would question the belt….should maximum security inmates such as these be given belts? Too easy to use as a weapon? Thoughts?

Honestly I'm a bit unsure. I like hats in #2 a bit more, but the attention setup in #1 is more formal
