VOD: Crowder v H3H3 & Seder
🕑 Added 2021-06-30 15:00:08 +0000 UTCHere ya go! We're making a summarized YouTube video, so I'm putting this one in the vault.
Story: Well this was a bit of a nightmare from my perspective. I didn't necessarily prep for the level of pushback that I got and mixed with fatigue and lack of sleep, the result was something I'm not happy with. I don't like spending time arguing with the chat about things and that's something echoed to me in feedback on past videos. So, I ended up approaching this as something I needed to get through quickly, avoid the people freaking out, and get my point across before moving off the arc. That wasn't the best way of doing it and in the future, I think I'll value being in the right headspace more. I'm pretty convinced that if I had my patience and wits about me, it's likely I could be more political with everyone. Food for thought on the next one!

Due to the nature of your analyses taking the "unseen" side it is inevitable that people are going to show up to defend the surface level take. When doing the debate reviews it seemed like the disagreements were coming from outside the community more than your regular chatters. But for Crowder, you were pushing back against almost everyone. Definitely a new experience. You seemed particularly frustrated by it but the edited video turned out really well. It avoided getting bogged down in over-explaining the disagreement to a bunch of people who just wanted to disagree. So in the end it worked out. We love ya Book. Thanks for keeping at it.
