October 2020 Update

Hello patrons! Starting in October I will be changing the rewards to ease some of the workload I have as I take on other responsibilities in life. The aim is to make things a little easier for me without sacrificing the bang in your buck. I thought it would be fun to do another developer style patch notes format again:
Steak Omelet Tier
- Price of tier changed from $15 β $12 (excluding whatever nonsense Patreon is doing with taxes and fees)
- Painted Shading replaced with Polished Shading
The biggest difference is a change in technique when compared to the Painted style.
The painted style is very time consuming when compared to the rest of my process; from start to cel shading can take anywhere from 5 - 8 hours depending on the piece, but painted shading can add an additional day of work due to the blending and layer management to make sure all the layers are lining up with the blending. As time has gone on, I realize I donβt particularly enjoy blending all that much and want to take my art in a different direction. To compensate for the change in a simpler shading style, the price of the tier has been reduced.
Egg Sandwich
- The tier is no longer available.
- Patrons remaining on this tier will receive rewards in Polished Shading and retain access to the OC Submission Box and receive the bonus art of the month in Cel Shading
I have had my reservations about this tier for a while. Itβs difficult to find a good way to decide which drawings will be cel shading and which will be painted shading when packaging it up in a way that is fair for the patrons in this tier. Though the tier is now unpublished, patrons who remain on this tier afterwards will receive the extra benefits the tier used to provide as well as an upgrade to the quality of shading, should they decide to stay on the tier!
Tl;dr -- Painted Shading is being replaced with Polished Shading and adjustments have been made to accommodate.
